Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Skyway Networks offers an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee to all hosting customers. The guarantee starts the day a customer's hosting account is setup and expires 30 days later. A customer shall have the right to cancel their hosting account at any time during this 30 day period by either submitting an Account Cancellation form electronically, or via U.S. postal mail to the Skyway Networks office. The Account Cancellation form is available from Skyway Networks support upon request. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, Skyway Networks will contact the customer to verify cancellation, terminate the customer account, and immediately refund all hosting fees paid either to the customer's credit card or via check, depending on the customer's initial method of payment.

Service Cancellation Policy
For customers currently using a Skyway Networks service that they wish to cancel, customers may request a copy of the Account Cancellation form from Skyway Networks support. Once the Account Cancellation form is completed and submitted to Skyway Networks either electronically, or by U.S. postal mail, Skyway Networks will contact the customer to verify cancellation, terminate the customer account, and pro-rate any remaining service balance, if any. If, after pro-ration, an account credit exists for the customer account, the customer may optionally apply the credit to another account at Skyway Networks, or request that the credit is refunded via either credit card or check, depending on the customer's initial method of payment.
